Responsibilities

• Technical Expertise : Possess understanding of Siemens Automation systems, including configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization, and provide advanced technical support to customers.
• Industry-Specific Knowledge : Leverage your experience in water, oil, and gas, and petrochemical industries to understand the unique challenges and requirements of these sectors and provide tailored solutions.
• Customer Service Excellence : Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by addressing complex issues, optimizing Siemens Automation systems, and exceeding customer expectations.
• Service Operations Support : Collaborate with the service operations team to address related service requests, incidents, and escalations and meet service level agreements (SLAs).
• Problem Resolution : Independently resolve intricate customer issues related to Siemens Automation systems and provide guidance to less experienced engineers when needed.
• Documentation and Reporting : Maintain detailed records of Siemens Automation service activities, including configurations, installations, and resolutions.
• Prepare technical reports for management and customers.
• Training and Development : Assist in training and mentoring less experienced engineers, sharing your expertise in Siemens Automation systems and industry-specific knowledge. Technical Training : Stay current with Siemens products and services, attend relevant training sessions, and keep up-to-date with industry advancements.
• Collaboration : Work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for system improvements and performance optimization.
• Safety : Promote a safety-first culture, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed in the context of the service activities.
