We’re looking for a detail-oriented

Logistics Coordinator

to support on-ground logistics and operations at one of our event sites. The role requires strong organizational skills and hands‑on experience managing deliveries, materials, and suppliers in dynamic environments. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day logistics, deliveries, and site movements. Oversee vendor scheduling and ensure timely delivery and pickup of goods. Maintain accurate tracking of materials, inventory, and equipment. Support warehouse and storage operations at assigned locations. Liaise with production, operations, and site teams for smooth logistics flow. Prepare daily logistics reports and documentation. Ensure compliance with safety, security, and access procedures. Ideal Candidate Profile

Based

either in Riyadh 3–5 years of experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain (preferably in events or similar setups). Proficient in Excel and documentation management. Excellent coordination and communication skills. Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage). Available to start
