Senior Investment Analyst

(Director) to join a large-scale digital venture in Saudi Arabia. This is a rare

greenfield opportunity

to design and implement the financial frameworks, models, and insights that will power one of the most ambitious digital transformations in the region. This is not a traditional financial control or accounting role; it is a high-impact strategic function focused squarely on business case investment analysis. You will be the analytical engine behind our clients most critical growth initiatives. Your primary mission will be to identify, evaluate, and build compelling, board-level business cases for new technology investments, partnerships, and ventures. You will be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of our client by providing the rigorous analysis required to deploy capital effectively and drive significant returns. Key Responsibilities Develop Board-Level Business Cases :

Author comprehensive investment papers and presentations for the Board of Directors, articulating the strategic rationale and financial justification for capital allocation in new projects and partnerships. Build Sophisticated Financial Models :

Construct and manage complex financial models to evaluate investment opportunities, focusing on key metrics like Return on Investment (ROI), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Present Value (NPV), and cash payback periods. Conduct Rigorous Due Diligence :

Perform deep dives into potential investments, stress-testing all underlying assumptions related to market size, competitive threats, revenue projections, and operational costs. Drive Investment Strategy :

Analyze potential partners with valuable IP, structure investment scenarios, and provide clear recommendations on the most viable paths to commercialization and value creation. Stakeholder Management :

Collaborate closely with legal, technical, and business unit leaders to gather inputs for your analysis and present your findings and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and senior leadership. Market & Competitive Analysis :

Maintain a deep understanding of the technology landscape to identify emerging opportunities and assess the competitive positioning of potential investments. Who You Are : The Ideal Candidate Profile We are looking for a candidate who "smacks of investment modeling" and possesses a proven track record of translating complex opportunities into actionable, data-driven investment theses. Experience :

You have

5-8+ years of experience

in a highly analytical role within

investment banking, private equity, venture capital, corporate development, M&A,

or a

top-tier management consultancy (strategy / finance practice). Core Skills :

You have demonstrable, expert-level proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and business case development. You can build a compelling investment narrative from the ground up. Strategic Mindset :

You think like an owner, constantly seeking opportunities to enhance shareholder returns and drive commercial success. You can see the bigger picture beyond the numbers. Executive Presence :

You possess outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the proven ability to distill complex financial information into clear, concise recommendations for a C-suite audience. Qualifications :

A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field is required. An

MBA, CFA, or CPA

is highly preferred and aligns with the caliber of professional we are seeking. Industry Acumen :

Experience within the technology, software (SaaS), or heavy industry / energy sectors is a significant advantage. Exposure to giga-projects or large-scale transformation programs is highly desirable.
