Analyst I, Investment Responsibilities
Conduct financial and advanced modeling analysis to assess investment opportunities. Evaluate target companies and existing investments using quantitative and qualitative methods. Analyze financial markets and sector-specific developments relevant to the group’s investment strategy. Support investment transaction processes, including participation in financial and legal due diligence. Coordinate with external consultants such as legal, financial, and technical advisors. Contribute to ongoing portfolio management and alignment with group strategy. Provide support in shareholder relations, preparing communications, coordinating meetings, and assisting in resolving investment-related inquiries. Follow up on financial and legal aspects related to subsidiaries, ensuring proper governance. Prepare periodic investment performance reports for internal review and decision-making. Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for the Board of Directors and related committees. Undertake any other duties as assigned by the manager, supporting investment-related tasks, strategic initiatives, and organizational needs. Qualifications
Financial Modelling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level 1 (Preferred) Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) Bachelor’s Degree Finance (mandatory) 2 – 3 years relevant experience in an investment company based in Saudi Arabia
