Critical Environment Management Engineer Key Contributions :
Ensure all operations align with the HSE Management Plan, Environmental Procedures, Risk Mitigation Plans, and Audit protocols
Monitor and address HSE issues related to employees, contractors, and visitors
Participate in risk assessments and organize internal workshops to address findings
Maintain and update the HSE action tracking register, ensuring timely execution of mitigation plans
Conduct regular safety inspections and safety walks, both independently and with management teams
Enforce compliance with HSE standards and PPE usage across all stakeholders
Lead and participate in HSE committee meetings, providing performance updates and strategic direction
Investigate incidents, review reports, and ensure corrective actions are implemented
Track and report HSE performance metrics to management
Support the development of site‑specific HSE initiatives and best practices
Design and coordinate HSE training programs for the HSE team and other departments
Plan and follow up on hygiene inspections and scheduled safety audits
Guide the HSE team to ensure protocol adherence during daily terminal operations
Organize and schedule management safety walks for senior leadership
Delegate and monitor daily tasks of Senior HSE Officers and HSE Officers
Review and ensure quality and timeliness of reports via eSMS system
Oversee planning and execution of HSE‑related training and inspections
Review JSA, PTW, and Method Statements to ensure contractor compliance
Maintain updated safety notice boards and signage across work areas
Advise management on all safety‑related matters and ensure timely communication of issues
