Picker & Packer - Warehouse

At Six Flags Qiddiya City, The Picker & Packer -Warehouse is responsible for picking, packing, and labeling products accurately using handheld scanners. The role includes ensuring proper stock rotation, maintaining a clean work area, and following safety protocols. Education : High school or diploma in a related field. Experience

0-1 years of experience in a Warehouse. Skills : Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management. Proven ability to manage and coordinate tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in both written and spoken English. Flexibility to work a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays. Job Responsibilities : Receive and review work orders, ensuring accuracy before processing. Use handheld scanners to locate and pick stock from designated warehouse locations. Follow First Expired, First Out (FEFO) principles to ensure proper stock rotation. Verify product details (SKU, barcode, quantity) before moving items to the packing area. Pack selected items securely to prevent damage during transport. Label packages correctly based on shipping and handling requirements. Ensure orders are packed according to customer specifications and warehouse guidelines. Assist in creating shipping documentation as required. Conduct routine stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy. Assist in cycle counts and report any discrepancies to supervisors. Report any damaged, expired, or misplaced items to warehouse management. Restock shelves and organize inventory to optimize space utilization. Operate self-propelled electric pallet jacks, standard forklifts, and trolleys to transport items. Load and unload stock from storage areas and warehouse docks safely. Follow proper lifting techniques and warehouse safety procedures. Report to shift leaders for any errors related to SKUs, barcodes, or quantities. Ensure all products are handled with care to avoid damages. Identify and communicate process improvements to enhance picking and packing efficiency. Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment. Adhere to all warehouse safety procedures, including proper handling of fragile or hazardous materials. Participate in safety training and emergency response drills. Work closely with warehouse supervisors, dispatchers, and inventory controllers. Assist with general warehouse duties, including restocking, organizing pallets, and maintaining workflow. Support new team members by providing guidance on standard procedures. Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
