Lead Pipeline Engineer

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, or higher from recognized Engineering College. More than 10 years experience in pipeline and plant layout.
• Knowledge in Pipeline Basis of Design, Plan & Profile / Pipeline Alignment Sheets, Pipeline Route Maps, Pipeline Data Sheets, Pipeline Material Grade & Wall Thickness Calculations, Specifications of Piping Materials, Valve Data Sheets, Corrosion Control Plans, Stress Analysis Reports, Road Crossing Analysis Reports, Area Classification Studies, Sectionalizing Valves Station Layouts.
• Knowledge of Pipeline Codes & Standards, EPC Projects, Man-Hour Estimation, Technical Evaluation of Various Vendors Related to Piping / Pipeline Ancillaries and other Equipment, Branch Reinforcements, Hot Taps, MAOP, Hydrostatic Pressures, FEED and Detail Design Stage of Project & Value Engineering Participation.
