Job descriptionServe as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems. Guide managers and employees on goal setting, feedback, and development planning. Identify training needs and support employee learning initiatives. Coordinate workshops, seminars, and e-learning opportunities. Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management processes. Ensure competitive and fair compensation practices. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Update and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook. Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems. Prepare HR metrics and reports for management. Employee relations management Recruitment and talent acquisition HR compliance and policy management Communication and conflict resolution Analytical and reporting skills Organizational and time management
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate and support recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires.
