Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and upgrade HP Service Manager (HPSM).
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions.

- Provide technical support for end-users and service desk teams.
- Conduct training sessions for IT teams on HPSM features and best practices.
- Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
- Develop and maintain reports using HPSM reporting tools and dashboards.
- Analyze trends in incidents, problems, and changes for process improvements.
- Generate compliance and performance reports for management.
