Job Description
Purpose :
The Service Technician will assist in executing sales / commercial transactions and operations activities under the supervision of the Regional Portfolio Manager. Responsibilities include understanding client inquiries, processing inquiries from clients, providing quotations, negotiating with end users, and executing orders. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and strong communication to ensure efficient service delivery.
Responsibilities
Support commercial activities to achieve area targets, develop and implement sales strategies, monitor and report on sales performance metrics, and execute required services which may require frequent travelling and long stay assignments.
Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate quotations, assist in negotiating terms and conditions with end users.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery, monitor order fulfillment and address any issues that arise, ensure adherence to company policies and standards during order execution.
Provide technical assistance and support to clients, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to products and services.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, negotiations, and order details, prepare regular reports on sales performance and market analysis.
