The project :

This is an opportunity to be involved in the delivery of major sports stadiums and associated projects in Saudi Arabia. Mace is currently delivering the programme which will require high‑calibre and experienced people to lead teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll be responsible for :

• Senior BMS Lead responsible for design, integration, and delivery of advanced Building Management Systems (BMS) for FIFA stadiums and sports venues.
• Covers HVAC, electrical, mechanical, ICT, and ELV systems aligned with international standards and tournament requirements.
• Develop and implement national‑level design standards and operational frameworks for BMS and control systems.
• Oversee full delivery of BMS, IBMS, PLC‑SCADA, and energy systems from concept to handover.
• Ensure adherence to FIFA Venue Requirements, SBC, EXPRO 2030, and related standards.
• Supervise design reviews, tendering, construction, testing, commissioning, and MSI integration.
• Drive CAFM / CMMS platforms, digital twins, and asset management integration with national command centers.
• Provide technical guidance, stakeholder engagement, and support for tournament operational planning and business development.
