Role Summary :
We're looking for a results-driven Senior Campaign Specialist to lead and execute digital campaigns across multiple channels. This role will focus on social media, SEO, email marketing, and lead generation, ensuring performance is data-backed and compliant with communication regulations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media and digital campaigns across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Twitter / X, Snapchat, and more to drive engagement, growth, and conversions
- Manage scheduling, publishing, and engagement using social media management tools
- Analyze campaign performance using platform analytics and translate data into actionable insights
- Create and implement nationwide advertising strategies to support brand visibility and conversion goals
- Develop and maintain SEO strategies, including writing and optimizing blog content to increase organic traffic to the e-commerce platform
- Collaborate with CRM teams to improve lead prioritization, campaign performance tracking, and ROI analysis
- Launch and monitor digital email marketing campaigns in alignment with online privacy and CAN-SPAM regulations
- Plan and execute direct marketing campaigns, managing everything from concept to results analysis
- Initiate KPI monitoring frameworks, set baseline performance goals, and define milestones for improvement
- Continuously optimize lead generation and marketing communication methods for compliance and impact
Requirements :
2–4 years of proven experience in campaign management, digital marketing, or social media strategyBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldProven experience in campaign strategy and execution, ideally within a digital-first or consumer brand environmentStrong understanding of major social media platforms and digital marketing best practicesProficient in interpreting analytics data and using insights to inform decisionsExperience with digital marketing and CRM tools such as Hootsuite, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similarExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCreative, proactive, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownershipStrong project management and cross-functional collaboration skillsFluency in Arabic and English is a must#J-18808-Ljbffr
