Responsibilities
Provide technical support to users and resolve day-to-day IT issues (Level 1 & 2 support). Install, maintain, and update hardware and software systems. Manage the internal network and ensure stable internet and server connectivity. Perform regular data backups and ensure data integrity and recovery procedures. Monitor information security and protect systems against viruses and cybersecurity threats. Manage user accounts, emails, and system access (e.g., Active Directory, Office 365). Coordinate with external service providers for major outages or infrastructure expansion. Prepare regular reports on system performance, issues, and proposed solutions.
