Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic Manager - Entertainment Facilities Management for our Six Flags entertainment area.
This role is crucial in maintaining high operational standards and ensuring that all entertainment facilities deliver a remarkable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of entertainment facilities, including rides and shows, ensuring they are safe, functional, and enjoyable for guests.
- Develop and enforce maintenance procedures to guarantee top-notch performance of all attractions.
- Work closely with the operations team to improve guest satisfaction and safety measures.
- Engage with external service providers and contractors for maintenance and upgrade projects.
- Prepare and oversee budgets for facility management initiatives.
- Lead training sessions for staff on operational procedures and safety requirements.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to maintain compliance with industry standards.
- Support the design and implementation of new entertainment facilities or enhancements.
- Address any operational emergencies or issues in a timely manner to avoid guest inconvenience.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.5–7 years of experience in facilities or operational management, ideally in leisure or entertainment sectors.Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams and projects.Comprehensive knowledge of safety guidelines and regulatory compliance in the entertainment industry.Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.Proficient in budget planning and financial management.Familiarity with maintenance practices for amusement rides and entertainment facilities is an advantage.Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
