Design Manager - Leisure & Entertainment

Overview

AtkinsRealis are searching for a Candidate to join our team with experience of managing large-scale multi-disciplinary projects within UAE and the GCC Region. The candidate is to have a minimum of 8 years experience within the Middle East.

The selected candidate will work closely with the project delivery team to establish project objectives, develop the project execution plan and oversee project scheduling. They will be responsible for ensuring that the project team stays on track throughout the project\'s lifetime, meets the project objectives and milestones, and adheres to all project management standards.

The selected candidate will need experience within the Leisure & Entertainment sector relating to one of the following :

• Show and Theme Parks
• Retail & Mall delivery
• Stadia and arena venues

In addition, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing the relationship with the Client’s technical team, managing Client expectations, and ensuring the project meets or exceeds the Client's requirements.

Responsible for managing and assigning tasks to the design team, and ensuring that team members have the necessary tools, resources, and technical support to complete their tasks efficiently and effectively. They actively oversee the quality of the work delivered, ensuring that deliverables are reviewed and approved prior to submission to clients. Responsible for maintaining project documentation, ensuring that projects comply with regulatory requirements, and maintaining the company\'s project management methodology.
