Project Manager

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia | Posted on 10 / 10 / 2025 The Project Manager will be responsible for leading overall project execution from planning to commissioning, ensuring full compliance with Saudi regulations and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee project scope, schedule, and budget while managing overall resources.

Coordinate between planning, engineering, procurement, and site teams.

Collaborate with Civil, Architect, MEP, and other disciplines to integrate the overall project.

Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities.

Manage subcontractors and ensure adherence to project timelines.

Act as the primary point of contact, providing regular progress updates and reports to higher management.

Work closely with the finance team to track daily expenditures, real-time costs, and savings.

Identify and resolve complex technical challenges to ensure smooth project execution.

Manage project risks, quality, and safety standards.

Provide leadership and resolve technical and contractual issues.

Ensure all project execution complies with industry standards, building codes, and regulations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Minimum 8–10 years of experience in project management, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.

Strong knowledge of Saudi regulations, safety, and building codes.

Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
