Responsibilities

Strategic Execution

Understand and execute industry strategies to meet monthly targets. Assist the store manager in implementing sales strategies, tracking achievements, and managing risks associated with the current PSI situation. Provide targeted coaching and improvements based on personnel sales capabilities.

Industry Development Management

Implement key industry projects in line with the annual industry plan. Assist store managers in identifying talent within the store industry. Develop potential industry-level customer relationships and create exemplary store tactics.

Service Standard Enablement

Ensure the team adheres to service standards, including Huawei service procedures, VIP reception, and special scenarios. Standardize customer service experiences through on-site guidance and floor management.

Service Operation Management

Analyze service data to identify improvement opportunities and collaborate with management to enhance the overall service experience. Work with other departments to address customer complaints and manage public opinion on major services promptly.
