If you are looking to work for a reputed international company within a multicultural team and to be part of a company recognized as a Great Place to Work, then this position is an exciting opportunity for you.Key ResponsibilitiesWorking as Project Manager for Highrise projectsYou are the main point of contact to the customerAccountable for technical planning, forming projects, managing multiple projects, and engineering teamsProvides strong leadership, technical direction and ensures that team members are continually trained in Formwork systemsDetermines and plans technical solutions for Highrise projectsSupports the sales team by determining appropriate formwork solutions that meet the customers’ needs(economically and in compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines) from the project design stage to project inception and completionProvides analysis and design / price calculations as required and monitors conformance with contractual guidelinesProject coordination / management regarding projects and daily businessQualificationsTechnical / Civil Engineering QualificationExperience with Auto CAD 2DAt least 5 years of intensive experience in Highrise projectsMaster’s degree in management is preferableSolid communication skills in English (Preferable Arabic speaker as well)Minimum 10 years of project management experience.Proven track record managing projects in formwork & scaffolding industry.Experience leading cross-functional or international teams.Background in industry-specific projects (Mainly High-rise)Minimum 10 years’ experience within ME-Countries (Preferable Saudi Arabia).
