Job descriptionMinimum 3 years of experience in project management for Blockchain or AI projects. Strong understanding of RWA Tokenization, Smart Contracts, DApps, and AI / ML models . Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Proven experience with agile / scrum methodologies. Based in Dubai.
Position : Technical Project Manager
Experience : 3+ Years
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of Blockchain and AI-based projects.
- Coordinate between cross‑functional teams – developers, data scientists, and business stakeholders.
- Define technical requirements, architecture, and project timelines.
- Monitor milestones, ensure on‑time delivery, and maintain quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest Web3, AI, and tokenization trends.
- Manage integrations, smart contracts, and AI‑driven solutions.
- Act as a bridge between the business vision and technical implementation.
