Project Manager - Wet Utilities

Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager – Wet Utilities to lead and manage the delivery of wet utility infrastructure works within a large‑scale mixed‑use development project in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in water, wastewater, irrigation, and stormwater networks , with proven experience working for a construction supervision consultant in the Middle East.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience, with at least 8 years in the Middle East (preferably KSA).
• Strong background in wet utilities infrastructure – potable water, sewerage, stormwater, irrigation, and TSE networks.
• Prior experience working with a construction supervision consultant on mixed‑use or urban infrastructure development projects .
• In‑depth understanding of local authority standards (e.g., NWC, SWCC, RC, MOMRAH, and other KSA utility agencies).
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale utility projects from design review through construction and handover.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.
