  • Conduct investigations when issues arise and finalize root cause analysis.
  • Lead special projects and studies such as new technology trials and participate in engineering standard reviews and the development of young professionals.
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Petroleum engineering from an accredited program.
  • Possess 10–15 years of experience in rig‑less well intervention operations that include design, planning, and execution of wireline, slickline, and coiled tubing operations in critical sour gas and preferably unconventional environments.
  • Have experience in unconventional resources or HPHT, tight gas & oil wells with a strong understanding of well intervention and stimulation operations and their impact on well completion.
  • Exhibit extensive knowledge of industry regulations, safety practices, and standards related to surface and downhole equipment selection.
  • Show experience in optimizing surface well intervention operations using the latest technologies and best practices.
