This is a pre-opening position reporting to the Laundry / Valet Supervisor, responsible for the timely collection and delivery of guest laundry and pressing services with discretion, efficiency, and the highest level of personalized service. What You Will Do

Support pre-opening activities including setting up delivery systems, labeling processes, storage organization, and familiarization with room layouts and service flows. Collect, log, and deliver guest laundry and dry-cleaning items across guest rooms, suites, and residences according to brand standards. Ensure prompt return of garments with attention to accuracy, quality, and presentation. Maintain clear records of pick-up and drop-off timings and item conditions. Assist with delivery of pressed uniforms and linens when needed. Communicate professionally with guests and team members while respecting privacy and service etiquette. Maintain cleanliness and order in delivery areas, trolleys, and back-of-house corridors. Report any guest concerns, damaged items, or service delays to the supervisor. What You Bring

Previous experience in valet, delivery, or laundry operations within luxury hospitality is preferred. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Physical stamina and professionalism to navigate the property efficiently. Pre-opening experience is an advantage. Eligible to work in Saudi Arabia; fluency in English is essential. What We Offer
