We are seeking an experienced Crowd Management Specialist to ensure safe and efficient crowd control at events and venues. The role requires expertise in crowd dynamics, emergency response procedures, and public safety management to maintain order and security while delivering excellent service. What You'll Do

Develop and implement comprehensive crowd control strategies Monitor crowd behavior and identify potential safety risks Coordinate with security teams and emergency services Conduct pre-event safety assessments and planning Analyze crowd flow patterns and optimize venue layouts Manage crowd movement during events, concerts, and gatherings What We're Looking For
