Main Responsibilities
Develop and implement a strategic expansion plan to reach 40 branches within two years according to a defined timeline.
Develop and execute operational policies and procedures to manage the companys full operations.
Design an operational organizational structure that includes management levels (Regional Management Supervision Direct Operations).
Establish comprehensive training standards and frameworks for all job levels.
Directly supervise branch operations to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to brand standards.
Prepare the operational budget for the operations department and branches, and monitor its implementation.
Monitor costs and control operating expenses to achieve efficiency and profitability.
Prepare regular operational reports (sales, quality, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency).
Analyze operational data and utilize insights to support strategic decision-making.
Work Experience Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, particularly in the food and beverage sector, including at least 5 years managing multi-branch expansions.
