Job Brief :

The Legal Consultant is a strategic legal advisor responsible for protecting the organization’s interests through expert counsel, proactive regulatory engagement, and comprehensive legal support across all operations. This role demands exceptional legal acumen, strong stakeholder management, advanced investigative and analytical abilities, and the capacity to influence regulatory frameworks while ensuring full compliance with applicable laws. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in highly regulated industries such as ride‑hailing, particularly those operating under the Transport General Authority (TGA).

Regulatory Affairs & Government Relations

• Serve as the primary liaison with government authorities, representing the organization in regulatory discussions and official proceedings.
• Monitor legislative and policy developments, providing timely, in-depth analyses and strategic feedback during public consultations.
• Advocate for favorable regulatory outcomes by presenting evidence‑based positions to relevant authorities.
• Conduct global legal research to benchmark and apply best regulatory practices.
• Manage statutory corporate matters, including Articles of Association (AOA) amendments, licensing, and related filings.
