Experience : 5-8 years in consulting, with expertise in business transformation (strategy, digital, customer experience) or corporate excellence (processes, governance, performance management) or related fields.Leadership Skills : Proven ability to manage teams and lead projects to successful outcomes.Client Management : Experience in managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.Project Management : Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Communication Skills : Excellent communication skills, with fluency in both Arabic and English.Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering effective solutions.Benefits
