HR Generalist (Talent Acquisition & HR Operations)
At PwC, our Managed Services team delivers outsourced solutions across numerous functions, helping clients streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency. As a managed service delivery generalist, you will execute outsourced processes—client and customer interaction, data review and enrichment, quality controls, and escalation resolution.
Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding : Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle—job postings, sourcing, interviewing, selection, offers, and hiring; partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver timely staffing solutions; conduct onboarding and orientation programs; build a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and networking.
- HR Operations : Maintain employee records in compliance with company policy and Saudi labor regulations; administer leave, benefits, and HRIS updates; ensure compliance with government platforms (GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, Nitaqat) and support Saudization initiatives; assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating HR policies and procedures.
- Employee Relations & Support : Act as first point of contact for employee HR inquiries; support performance review processes and employee engagement activities; resolve day‑to‑day HR issues confidentially; support HR projects and initiatives as required by management.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR compliance requirements.Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR systems / HRIS.Preferable involvement in performance management and talent development processes.Minimum education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 5–10 years experience in HR generalist or talent acquisition roles, preferably in Saudi Arabia.Competencies
