Conference Manager

Our client is a global strategic communications advisory firm specializing in high-impact events and platforms. They are seeking a Conference Manager to join their dynamic team in Riyadh.

This is a full-time, permanent role ideal for a curious, well-read, and globally aware professional with a passion for content development and speaker engagement. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping world-class event programmes that inspire, inform, and influence.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement event programmes aligned with the event’s positioning and values.
• Conduct in-depth speaker research, outreach, and invitation management.
• Collaborate with marketing and database teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Prepare programme and speaker-related reports and documentation.
• Innovate session formats, topic angles, and concepts to enhance programme impact.
• Stay up-to-date with global news, trends, and emerging ideas to inform content development.
• Engage confidently with senior clients and speakers, representing the brand with professionalism.
• Contribute to business development presentations and strategic planning.
