VP - Real Estate

Hays are currently partnered with one of the fastest-growing investment firms in Saudi, looking for a strategic and agile VP - Real Estate to join their operations in Riyadh.

The position entails overseeing and executing the firm's real estate investment initiatives, including sourcing and assessing investment opportunities, conducting comprehensive due diligence and financial analysis, leading negotiations and deal structuring, managing asset operations, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and reporting standards. As a vital strategic function within the organisation, this role is instrumental in shaping and implementing the company's investment strategy and execution.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Investment, Accounting, or a related field.
• CME-4 certification is mandatory.
• Minimum of 6 years' experience in real estate investment and fund management experience
• Strong financial analysis and modelling skills.
• Proven project management and negotiation capabilities
