Logistics Coordinator (Short Term Job)

Job descriptionMaintain and track equipment stock inventory as required. Conduct accommodation and boat surveys and research. Handle government-related activities, including obtaining permits or clearances. Act as a liaison between the field team and internal departments or external entities. Support various departmental business activities as needed. Communicate effectively via email to coordinate logistics and report on activities. Exhibit flexibility and a strong teamwork ethic to adapt to changing field requirements. Diploma certified as a minimum, with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree preferred. Driving License A minimum of 2 years of experience in a field-related job or a similar role. Demonstrated ability to perform a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
1. Field Operations & Support
- Conduct ground surveys and data collection for various projects.
- Transport teams to and from field locations, ensuring safe travel.
- Serve as an HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) buddy, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Perform inspections and assist with animal tagging.
- Manage simple installations and monitor renovation projects.
