Eram Talent is looking for a skilled Reefscape Project Coordinator to join our team in Saudi Arabia. Reefscape Project Coordinator, who will report to the Lead, Operational Strategy & Planning, and is responsible for providing operational support for day-in-the-life operations for the project team at NEOM. Their primary goal is to ensure that resource requirements are carefully planned and managed in support of achieving overall operational objectives and that operational reporting is conducted and managed in accordance with operational procedures.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, particularly in environmental or marine-based projects. Your experience will help us ensure that our initiatives contribute positively to marine ecosystems while adhering to budgetary and timeline constraints.
- Liaise with project team and suppliers to define project requirements, scopes, and objectives that align with operational objectives.
- Coordinate with internal and external resources, ensuring that projects remain within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Achieve organizational goals while adhering to standards and best practices.
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of strategic reporting, presentations, and documentation for internal leadership and external partners
- Streamlines data collection and presentation for decision-making.
- Support the development of dashboards, tracking tools, or progress reports for improved visibility over timelines, deliverables, and KPIs
- Produce operational reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure that all aspects of a project are organized and in conformance with timeline and deliverables requirement.
- Develop and maintain project performance database that tracks overall progress and achievement of milestones.
- Assign and monitor resources effectively to boost project efficiency and maximize deliverables output.
- Serve as point of communication between teams and external resources.
Requirements
Minimum bachelor's degree in business, or relevant field, with emphasis on project coordination and office Administrations preferredMinimum of 3 years of relevant experience in project coordination (within a medium to large enterprise) or relevant fieldStrong understanding of project management methodologies and toolsProven ability to manage budgets and schedules effectivelyExperience producing reports or dashboards to monitor performance.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholdersAssist with the preparation and coordination of strategic reporting, presentations, and documentation for internal leadership and external partnersAbility to work under pressure and adapt to changing environmentsProficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite
