In-Service Engineer

Job Description Summary The Intern Service Engineer will act as a technical specialist responsible for pre‑sales, installation, configuration, and support of MMS Technologies products. This role involves extensive customer interaction and service engagement.

Job Responsibilities

Comply with all quality and safety regulations as required by BD organization, customers, and Distributor Agreements.

Install, implement, and support MMS Infusion devices.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for MMS products.

Provide written documentation to appropriate team members and customers.

Order equipment and supplies.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's or Diploma degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electromechanical Engineering, or equivalent.

Proficiency in English and Arabic.
