Contract Manager - (RC)

Join JASARA PMC as a Contract Manager and play a critical role in our project management office (PMO). We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional who will be responsible for managing all contract-related activities. You will ensure that our contracts support project objectives while adhering to legal standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for project-related activities, including procurement and service agreements.
• Ensure that all contracts meet legal requirements and align with company guidelines.
• Collaborate with project teams to determine contract needs and provide strategic input on terms and conditions.
• Identify potential risks in contracts and develop mitigation strategies.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all contracts, including tracking deadlines and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
• Monitor contract performance and initiate modifications or renewals as necessary.
• Advise internal stakeholders on contractual obligations and changes in legislation that may affect contracts.
• Support the continuous improvement of contract management processes and systems.
• Provide training and resources to other departments on effective contract management practices.
• Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in contract management, specifically within project management contexts.
• Strong negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying contract risks.
• Solid understanding of legal terminology and principles related to contract management.
• Familiarity with contract management software and database systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in English and additional Arabic language skills are a plus.
