About Our Client

Our client is a large investment fund who are looking for an investment professional to join their investment risk team, the individual will be focused on real estate. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a high performance group on overseeing investment risk across the real estate portfolio and identifying risks for real estate opportunities. This position will be based full time in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

• Assessment of investment risk associated with new and existing real estate opportunities
• Assist in overseeing the regular monitoring across the real estate portfolio for investment risk issue
• Monitor industry, regional, and country trends (demand, supply, valuations, benchmarks) to assess risk impacts
• Track risks relative to pool-level limits / thresholds defined in the Risk Appetite Statement
