About the job

Job Purpose Support logistics and trade compliance operations by assisting with regulatory tracking, customs data analysis, documentation checks, and freight process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in monitoring SASO, SFDA, and ZATCA regulations.

Review invoices, HS codes, and certificates for accuracy.

Compile customs clearance data and support dashboard creation.

Help maintain freight quote trackers and benchmark forwarder performance.

Track demurrage / detention incidents and support reporting.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or related field.

Skills & Competencies

Good written and spoken English.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas); Power BI is a plus.

Detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.
