Senior Sales Executive – EPC Manpower Contracts (Eastern Province, KSA)

Role Description :

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Al Khobar for a Senior Sales Executive – EPC Manpower Contracts. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for expanding MAS’s manpower business with major EPC contractors including Samsung Engineering, Hyundai E&C, Saipem, Tecnicas Reunidas, and Nesma & Partners.

The role requires :

• Driving vendor registration and prequalification with EPCs.
• Developing and maintaining strong procurement relationships.
• Securing manpower supply contracts (50–300+ workers) on Aramco and industrial projects.
• Preparing and negotiating proposals / contracts.
• Representing MAS at industry events, EPC meetings, and client sites.
