Role Purpose

The Unit Inspection Manager is a key figure within Sindalahs Property Management Team entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing the inspection of residential and commercial units to ensure they align with Sindalahs ultraluxury standards. This role accentuates Sindalahs commitment to delivering exceptional quality aligning with the broader visions of NEOM.

Key Accountabilities & Activities

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate move activities with tenants contractors and other stakeholders to ensure adherence to schedule budget and quality standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for tenants and contractors during the move process addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction with Sindalahs services.
• Collaborate with the FitOut and Moves Manager to develop implement and refine move procedures and guidelines.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand their expectations ensuring that move processes meet and exceed these expectations.
• Utilize cuttingedge technologies and best practices to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of move processes.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within the Property Management Team.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory safety and quality standards in move processes.
