Field Training Opportunity – Sales & Client Relations Estedama Solutions Center is a transformative training consultancy dedicated to sustainability and continuous learning. Role Description This is a contract, on-site trainee position based in Riyadh, as part of the Field Training Opportunity – Sales & Client Relations team at Estedama Solutions Center for Training and Professional Consulting.

The trainee will actively engage with potential and existing clients — both individuals and organizations — to support the center’s sales and client engagement objectives. The trainee will learn to manage client relationships, present training program offerings, and ensure a professional and positive client experience throughout the sales journey.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with potential clients (B2B and B2C) to introduce Estedama’s training programs and services.

Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships.

Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and follow‑up messages.

Record client interactions and update sales reports regularly.

Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to achieve enrollment targets.

Support client satisfaction by ensuring timely responses and professional service.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.

Professional attitude and team‑oriented mindset.

No prior experience required (Business or Marketing students / graduates preferred).

Benefits

Monthly training allowance : SAR 1,000.

5% commission on every successful registration achieved by the trainee.

Official Training Certificate issued by Estedama Solutions Center.

Training Duration 3 months (starting from the actual date of joining).

Location Riyadh – Estedama Solutions Center (Some tasks may be performed remotely or in the field as needed).
