BIM Modeler (Electrical)

Availability : Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop detailed Electrical BIM models using Autodesk Revit in compliance with project standards.
• Coordinate electrical systems with MEP, structural, and architectural disciplines to ensure clash-free design.
• Prepare LOD 300–400 models, shop drawings, and as-built models.
• Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks.
• Ensure models adhere to BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and project specifications.
• Support site team with updated drawings, sections, and detailed layouts.
• Collaborate closely with utility authorities for utility coordination and design compliance.
