We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Manager to oversee and manage our organization's payroll functions in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll, compliance with local labor laws, and the maintenance of payroll records. This role requires a strong understanding of payroll systems, tax regulations, and employee benefits. The Payroll Manager will work closely with the HR department to ensure that all employee compensation is processed efficiently and accurately while also providing support to employees regarding payroll inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations and tax laws.
- Maintain and update payroll records, including employee information, tax data, and benefit deductions.
- Collaborate with the HR department to resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and other relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct regular audits of payroll processes and records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Implement and maintain payroll policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Train and supervise payroll staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure continued compliance.
- Assist in the development of compensation strategies and employee benefit programs.
Preferred Candidate
