The opportunity We are currently seeking experienced professionals to engage as project consultants to be part of leading different projects in Riyadh. You will be part of various projects and ensure the detailed reports are completed on time and presented to the Manager. You will have the opportunity to make a real difference to the FAAS team during a period of exciting growth, through discovering new opportunities within EY as part of daily business. You will work with our clients from the Government and Public sector and support them on various accounting, operational and delivery needs.

Responsibilities

Assist in various projects and meet objectives set out by your manager. Coordinate with internal resources and third parties / vendors for flawless execution. Aim to complete tasks to ensure on-time project delivery. Adapt to changes to meet project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate methodologies. Measure performance using project management tools and techniques. Manage relationships with clients and relevant stakeholders. Perform risk management to minimize potential risks. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Track project performance and monitor milestones; report and escalate issues to project leadership when needed.

Skills and Attributes for Success

Decision making and problem-solving skills, including logical reasoning and creative thinking; ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in writing and verbally. Accountability for project team adherence to EY or client delivery methodology; address deviations as needed. Team player and independent thinker; deadline-driven, highly organized, and able to multitask. Ability to influence and negotiate project outcomes with senior stakeholders across multiple functions; prepare and present analysis, insights, and recommendations for governance forums.

To qualify for the role, you must have

Master / bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience. Minimum 4 to 5 years of working experience. Strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and management skills. Ability to work under pressure. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking. Strong working knowledge of Power BI and loan management systems. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an advantage. Bilingual in Arabic and English.

Ideally, you’ll also have

Ability to deal with ambiguity and uncertainty.
