An exciting senior leadership opportunity within the FMCG sector this role focuses on technical operations supply chain and innovation across multiple markets in the region. The position is responsible for overseeing key business performance indicators such as volume revenue and operational efficiency working closely with senior stakeholders to drive strategic growth.
What Youll be Doing
Provide technical leadership and support across assigned territories ensuring alignment with franchise operations and supply chain objectives.
Lead and optimize manufacturing cost efficiencies product yields and operational profitability within multiple plants.
Develop and implement strategic technical initiatives to enhance production infrastructure process efficiencies and cost optimization.
Collaborate with franchise operations to build capabilities capacities and technical expertise in supply chain and production.
Ensure supply chain continuity and risk mitigation strategies coordinating demand and supply alignment with key stakeholders.
Drive commercialization plans in partnership with internal teams and external production partners ensuring seamless .
Support the of productivity initiatives and technical risk management strategies across regional operations.
Who You Are
810 years of experience in technical operations within the food beverage or FMCG industry covering areas such as quality supply chain regulatory affairs commercialization or product innovation.
Strong expertise in risk management governance frameworks and operational efficiencies.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute largescale technical projects in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
Strong planning and problemsolving skills with a structured project management approach.
Ability to work crossfunctionally aligning technical and commercial strategies with broader business objectives.
