Job descriptionResponsible for maintaining the legacy system and contributing to the implementation of the ERP system to ensure that all business requirements are addressed in accordance with the user’s needs. Perform business requirements analysis and design. Conduct gap analysis between ERP system and user’s requirements. Manage the ERP system for the assigned Business Unit and provide all technical support to the users. In-depth knowledge of application design & development and relational databases. Install and maintain Oracle database & utilities. Understand operational processes & procedures. Have a clear understanding of financial processes and controls. 1-2 years of experience in ERP implementation. Minimum 3 years of experience in programming, business processes modeling, problem solving & conflict resolution, and conducting workshop training. Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken English. Oracle Certified Professional - Developer track with DBA experience. Total Experience : 3 - 6 years.
