We are currently hiring for a Station Manager to join JD Logistics Saudi. This role is responsible for the overall management of service outlets, including daily operations, team building, and market expansion. This position ensures the efficient achievement of business targets and promotes the localization of the JoyExpress brand in Saudi Arabia, covering last mile delivery, customer relationship management, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Management : Develop annual plans and budgets, monitor KPIs (e.g., on-time delivery rates for same-day / next-day services), and align operations with company standards.
- Team Leadership : Manage local teams (couriers, drivers, CS), focusing on training, performance evaluation, and talent development to enhance "Saudization".
- Risk Control : Ensure compliance, address emergencies (e.g., safety incidents), and foster relationships with local communities and government entities (e.g., Saudi Transport and Logistics Services Ministry).
- Effective staff / employees' management.
- Ability to forecast regarding volume and resourcing need.
- On-time reporting and updating the reports and staff attendance.
- Oversee day-to-day logistics operations at the station, including inbound and outbound shipments, last-mile delivery, and returns.
- Manage, train, and supervise station staff including supervisors, drivers, and couriers.
- Cross-functional collaboration (HR, Finance, Fleet, Customer Service) for smooth station operations.
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in logistics or management.Experience : 2+ years in operations management, with experience leading teams of 10+ people; background in cross-border e-commerce or the Middle East market is advantageous.Language : Proficiency in English and Arabic.Values : Alignment with JD’s core principles : "Customer First, Innovation, Persistence".What We Offer
