Lead Civil Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a Lead Civil Engineer to join our team in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing construction supervision for infrastructure and road projects, ensuring high-quality standards and efficient project execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise infrastructure and road construction projects from inception to completion
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations
• Analyze and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure project progress
• Prepare and review technical reports, including progress reports, change orders, and quality control documentation
• Implement and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Ensure adherence to local construction standards and regulations in Saudi Arabia
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines and quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize project outcomes and efficiency
