Job descriptionDevelop and implement marketing strategies to increase the company’s footprint in Saudi Arabia’s pharmaceutical market. Deliver commercial targets for assigned product lines, ensuring sustainable market share growth. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine strategy and identify new growth opportunities. Lead a team of product managers focused on the generics portfolio, ensuring strong execution and alignment with regional priorities. Collaborate with Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams to deliver integrated marketing plans. Own and manage the marketing budget, ensuring ROI‑driven decision‑making. Evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives and optimize budget allocation accordingly. Build strategic relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare providers, and distribution partners. Represent the company at major industry events and forums to elevate brand visibility and influence. Lead omnichannel brand‑building campaigns to strengthen market positioning and customer loyalty. Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, or Life Sciences Advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is a plus Minimum 15 years in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 5 years in a senior marketing role focused on prescription generics within the Saudi market Deep understanding of Saudi market dynamics , regulatory environment, and customer behaviors Demonstrated ability to lead marketing initiatives that drive measurable growth Strategic marketing and planning Data‑driven decision‑making and market analysis Leadership and team development Cross‑functional collaboration Communication and negotiation Innovation and agility in dynamic market environments Entrepreneurial Mindset : Ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities Strategic Leadership : Clear vision and ability to align cross‑functional teams toward common goals Business Acumen : Strong commercial understanding and ability to drive ROI Adaptability : Resilient in changing environments; quick to respond to market shifts Emotional Intelligence : Builds trust and fosters collaboration at all organizational levels Competitive salary aligned with industry benchmarks Performance‑based annual bonus Additional benefits package provided Initial screening and candidate profiling by external search partner Company video introduction + first interview with People Operations Technical assessment and interview with Saudi cluster leadership Final interview with HR Director Reference checks and offer extension Personality : A proactive, performance‑driven professional with strong leadership capabilities and a passion for marketing excellence.
