The Recruitment Specialist will lead end-to-end recruitment activities with a strong focus on sourcing, hiring, and managing candidates under government initiatives such as HRDF , Tamheer , and Nitaqat programs. This role ensures alignment with Saudi Labor Law , MHRSD regulations , and Vision 2030 localization goals , while building strategic partnerships with national programs to attract Saudi talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for government-supported employment programs (HRDF, Tamheer, Hafiz, Nitaqat).
- Develop talent pipelines through universities, local job fairs, and HRDF partnerships.
- Collaborate with MHRSD and HRDF to ensure compliance with Saudization quotas and reporting.
- Post jobs on Qiwa, TAQAT, and other approved government portals.
- Screen, interview, and recommend candidates following structured interview best practices.
- Maintain detailed recruitment records in line with Article 17 of the Implementing Regulations.
- Coordinate Tamheer training program applications and onboarding processes.
- Track and report Saudization metrics and provide monthly compliance dashboards.
- Liaise with payroll and GOSI teams to ensure timely registration of new hires.
- Stay updated on MHRSD updates and Labor Law amendments (e.g., 2024–2025 changes to probation and leave entitlements).
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.3–5 years of recruitment experience in the Saudi market, preferably in government or HRDF-related roles.In-depth understanding of Saudi Labor Law , Nitaqat , and Saudization frameworks.Familiarity with HRDF systems , Tamheer portal , and Mudad / Qiwa platforms.Strong stakeholder management and reporting skills.Compliance Statement
