As part of our ongoing expansion and focus on robust governance, we are seeking a seasoned Custom Clearance Agent with specialized experience in container and multi-purpose port operations control frameworks.

Position Overview The Quay Crane Remote Control Operator The Quay crane operator is responsible for operating the ship to shore gantry crane remotely at control room to perform Loading / Unloading Containers, Bulk Cargo, and dangerous Cargo from wharf to vessel and vice-versa.

Key Responsibilities

Loading and unloading containers to / from trailers.

Full knowledge in handling of spreader hoisting / lowering and appropriate use of flipper guide.

To ensure that, the correct positioning of gantry and working bays.

To ensure that the crane is properly secured with ground anchorage after completion of operations.

To communicate with assigned Tally / Hatch men for smooth vessel operations.

Work to agreed operating and performance standards

Always maintain safe working practices

To undertake other duties as needed and directed by the Team Leader

Able to operate with 35 Mph for achieving target.

Competency & Skills

Unable to work with others and listens to other team members

Deep understanding of core products related to job

Understanding Equipment and Machines Functions

Possesses good communication

Working Conditions

Office Environment :

Work is primarily performed within an

operation control room .

Work Posture :

Requires the ability to remain in a

seated position

for extended periods, ranging from

6 to 12 hours

per shift.

Schedule :

This role operates on a

shift-based roster

(rotating shifts), which includes coverage across days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
