Project Manager – Networking & Technical Infrastructure

You will sit at the intersection ofengineering and delivery—owning the full project lifecycle for high-value networking and infrastructure engagements. From pre-sales scoping through go-live and account growth, you’ll translate customer needs into realistic project plans, marshal cross-functional teams, and ensure every milestone is hit on scope, on budget, and on time.

Responsibilities

• Partner with account executives to qualify opportunities, run discovery workshops, estimate effort, and craft statements of work (SoWs) that balance technical feasibility with commercial goals.
• Build detailed schedules, resource plans, and risk registers for multi-site LAN / WAN, data-center, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, cloud-networking, and security rollouts. Track progress with agile or waterfall methods as appropriate.
• Own project P&L, manage change requests, and forecast revenue recognition. Ensure procurement of Cisco, Huawei, Fortinet, and passive infrastructure aligns with cash-flow targets.
• Serve as the single point of contact for clients, vendors, distributors, and internal leadership. Provide weekly status reports, executive dashboards, and steering-committee updates.
• Coordinate solutions architects, field engineers, and third-party contractors. Mentor junior PMs and uphold PMO standards (templates, lessons learned, KPIs).
• Enforce QA processes, run acceptance testing, lead issue / defect triage, and implement mitigation plans for scope, schedule, or cost variances.
• Conduct project close-outs, secure client sign-off, and surface upsell or renewal opportunities to the sales team.
