Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets in the vibrant Saudi Arabian market.

Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to meet budget goals

Establish and nurture new business relationships while maintaining existing accounts through well-executed action plans

Conduct regular sales calls and meetings to promote our products / services and generate leads

Convert sales leads into closed deals by following established parameters and utilizing persuasive selling techniques

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospects and existing clients

Monitor competitor activities and market trends, communicating tactical changes to management

Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build the company's profile in the marketplace

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the company's CRM system

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of products / services to clients

Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators

Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role within a corporate environment

Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies

Proficiency in creating and delivering impactful sales presentations

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Detail-oriented approach to managing accounts and sales pipelines

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred

Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and business culture

Fluency in Arabic and English required

Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends

Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment
